What we collect
When you apply for representation through this website, we collect the information you choose to submit:
Your full name
Your email address
Your Instagram, TikTok, or other channel link
Your approximate audience size (if provided)
Any other details you include in your message
The application form sends this information directly to our own inbox by email. We don't currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or any third-party form provider on this site — if that changes, we'll update this policy.
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
Review and respond to your application
Get in touch about representation, including by phone or email
Where you go on to be represented by us, to carry out that agreement (pitching, negotiating, and contracting on your behalf)
Our legal basis for processing your application is your consent (you chose to submit the form) and, if we go on to represent you, the performance of a contract between us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your application email is stored in our own Google Workspace inbox. If your application progresses, we may share relevant details with brands as part of pitching you for deals — always with your knowledge and consent first.
How long we keep it
If your application is unsuccessful, we keep your details for up to 12 months in case a suitable opportunity comes up, then delete them. If you become a represented creator, we keep your information for as long as we work together, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet any legal or contractual obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it
Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Ask us to delete your data
Object to or restrict how we use your data
Withdraw consent at any time
